Finally back from Bali Trip. It was a wonderful trip and luckly we got the air ticket, hotel, car + driver rental with reasonable price.
Air Ticket
China Airlines, purchase directly from China Airlines website, HK$ 2,040 per person (including tax and surcharge).
Hotel
Through HotelGoggle.com comparing best hotel rates, and finally we book "Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa" for HK$ 513 per night including breakfast and free airport pick-up.
Car + Driver rental
Driver introduce by friend, around HK$350 per day (12 hours for maximum).
Food / Meal
Around HK$15-30 for general meal per person, if you go to nice restaurant with beach view for example, it will be around HK$400 for 2 persons.
Shopping
You need to bargain, especially if you cannot speak their language, try negotiate 1/3 from the price they asked.
